Parasite detox

If you’ve been considering doing a parasite/ heavy metals detox, I’ve created an Amazon list of helpful products below

For specific products:

I suggest a binder like Zeolite in either tincture form or mouth spray

Then the parasite cleanse herbs like black walnut, wormwood, papaya seed, pumpkin seed, garlic, echinecea

(I use the Para Detox which has all of these herbs together, which i find easier)

I’d also suggest a fulvic bath soak once a week in helping rid heavy metals

And castor oil packs every so often at night

Cold pressed castor oil

Please be mindful of how much detoxing to do at once as it can be very rough on your body, it’s better to go low and slow just like cooking
