Some helpful facts:
– More than 50% of ADHD people, have co- occurring (comorbid) ASD symptoms or full Autism. Yes you can have BOTH!

– most never got diagnosed to begin with or tested or slid through the cracks or didn’t have proper medical care or people just plain didn’t know why they feel so different
